IF YOU DON’T AGREE WITH ANYONE OR MORE THAN ONE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST UNINSTALL AND DELETE THIS APP IMMEDIATELY FROM YOUR ANDROID DEVICE/DEVICES.

YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICE IS CONDITIONED ON YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF AND COMPLIANCE WITH THESE TERMS. THESE TERMS APPLY TO ALL VISITORS, USERS AND OTHERS WHO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

User Rights:

·         You will not transfer or assign this app or this TOS and/or any rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of this application. 

·         You acknowledge that you have free and limited rights to the use of this app which have mentioned in this agreement. You may not reverse engineer decompile or disassemble this app or attempt to gain access to the source code of this app. 

·         Your rights under this TOS will automatically terminate if you breach any of your material obligations under this Term of Service. Upon any termination of this TOS you have to delete all copies of this app promptly after such termination.

Registration:

When you register and create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

User cannot use this app for infringement on the intellectual property rights of others, (including without limitation to patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright and other proprietary rights). If you are the copyright owner or an authorized representative believe that any content infringes on your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) by providing us with the information as follows:

Termination:

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using this Application.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will not provide any prior notice to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
